CorporateStays.com is seeking to expand our team. We are currently looking for Guest Services agent.
We are looking for a highly motivated, person who will assist in the daily operations for our furnished apartments. This is a full-time position. However, the location is downtown and a car and a valid driving licence are necessary to work.
Your mission is to assist clients during their check-in and check-out, satisfying their needs and assist them during their stay.
Objective: To provide Outstanding Service to our guest according to CorporateStays’standards while exceeding their expectations.
To provide and display excellent guest service skills, to CorporateStays’ standards
To provide superior guest service upon check-in and checkout of each guest
To respond to guest problems in a timely and professional manner
To Operate Property Management Software
To answer by email and or by telephone to guests’ requests, inquiries
To respond to guest concerns and solicit guest feedback
To provide guest safety/security by ensuring confidentiality of guest information, handling guest apartment keys
To maintain guest accounts
To participate in the daily pre-shift meetings
Other duties, as assigned
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Gmail
Service-oriented with problem solving and decision making skills
Professional detail-oriented and works well in a fast-paced environment
Must be bilingual - Additional language - Spanish is an asset
High school graduation diploma required
Ability to work a variety of shifts, days
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
2-5 years experience in hotel industry
